Dr. Pepper, 0.5 cups/125 ml.
Ketchup, 0.5 cups/125 ml.
Garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon.
Molasses, 1 teaspoon.
Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons.
Cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon.
Frank’s hot sauce, 1 Tablespoon.
Ginger, powdered, 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon, powdered, 2 teaspoons.
Zest of one orange.
Juice of one lemon.
Vegetable oil, 2 Tablespoons.
Sous Jus, approximately 2 oz/60 ml.


Combine all ingredients well. Keep refrigerated,
