Ingredients:
Tamarind powder, 3 Tablespoons.
Water or Sous-Jus, 0.5 cups.
Dry mustard, 1 Tablespoon.
Sugar, 3 Tablespoons.
Lemon juice, 2 oz/60 ml.
Cajun spice, 1 Tablespoon.
Kosher salt, 1 Tablespoon.
Garlic fresh, 1 oz/30 g.
Salad oil, 0.5 cup.
Procedure. Dissolve tamarind powder in water/sous-jus, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients to blender EXCEPT oil. Blend well, drizzle in the oil. Store refrigerated in squirt bottles.
